What CAD file formats do you accept for project enquiries?
We accept STEP (.step, .stp), STL (.stl), 3MF (.3mf), and Parasolid (.x_t) files up to 50MB per file with encrypted, private storage.
What manufacturing tolerances do you achieve?
Standard tolerance is ±0.2mm (or ±0.2%) for industrial FDM and ±0.05mm–0.1mm for high-detail SLA resin systems depending on part geometry and build orientation.
What is your typical turnaround time for prototypes and production?
Fast-track prototypes typically ship within 24–48 hours after engineering approval. Low-volume production batches (10–500 units) are scheduled across our machine park with clear dispatch milestones.
Are our CAD datasets and proprietary IP protected?
Yes. All uploads are stored in private, access-controlled buckets with end-to-end encryption at rest under strict enterprise Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA). Your files are never shared or used for model training.
Do you offer Design for Additive Manufacturing (DFAM) advice before production?
Every custom submission receives a complimentary DFAM review by our application engineers. We check for thin walls, unsupported overhangs, trapped volumes, and stress risers before slicing.
How does commercial payment coordination work?
For domestic orders in India, we coordinate via UPI, NEFT/RTGS, or corporate purchase order (PO). For international clients, we coordinate via direct invoice with USD/EUR wire or PayPal terms.
